Researching the recent advancements in AI video pipelines, we realized there is no solution to generate geometry-accurate and seamless content designed specifically for VR headsets.

Driven by this challenge, we designed a bespoke genAI pipeline to create 360-degree videos. After several prototypes, we settled on a 4K 360-degree stereo format, as it offers the best sense of spatial immersion while remaining feasible to render on our in-house studio hardware, rather than relying on cloud services.

There is nothing preventing us from pushing the resolution to 8K, aside from playback limitations on the Quest and the increased time and cost of working at that scale.

For now, we have chosen to focus on refining animation smoothness and improving the prompt engine. The foundation for this animation began with a simple yet profound concept: “an environment reflecting the inner self of AI consciousness.
